Massage has for centuries, been used as a method of relaxation and recovery, a practice dating back to 3000BC and beyond.

As well as its obvious soothing and relaxing qualities, massage can help to relieve muscle stiffness, increase joint mobility and flexibility and improve circulation. It also helps to increase lung capacity. It also aids digestion and helps promote a sense of self wellbeing. We offer the full range of relaxation, therapeutic and sports massage.


Relaxation: Back Neck & Shoulders: $35 for 20 Mins

Using a range of strokes we start with gentle soothing strokes to warm up your muscles before moving on to a slightly deeper warming and soothing effect. This massage includes back, neck and shoulders, the key areas where we tend to hold tension. This is the perfect tension release massage: ideal for clients on a budget and those without much time to spare.


Relaxation: Upper Body: $46 for 30 Mins

We use a range of strokes to soothe muscles as well as gaining a slightly deeper warming effect. This massage includes back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. This is the perfect massage for the client who spends a lot of time on their feet, seated at a desk or working with their hands.


Relaxation: Full Body: $58 / 45 Min Or $69 / 1hr

The ultimate pamper package! This massage is a full prone body massage which includes back, neck, shoulders, hands, legs, glutes and feet. We will work on all areas, soothing warming and easing tensions to leave you feeling completely relaxed.
Please note: this massage could leave you feeling quite tired.


Therapeutic / sports: 30, 45 or 60 min options

With sports and therapeutic massage, we aim to provide the best care within the treatment time, including physical assessment and range of movement testing where necessary.
Sports / Therapeutic massage is available with Megan on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
